UNIT HIRE

Event unit hire. Delivered and ready.

You choose the unit from the fleet. We approve the branding artwork together, produce the fascia, and deliver the lounge to your site on the agreed date. Our crew sets it up, connects the power, checks everything is operational, and leaves. From that point the activation is yours to run.

Your team, your ambassadors, your catering. You manage the event inside the unit. We come back at the end of the hire period, dismantle, and collect.

Unit Hire is the cleanest engagement for brand teams who already have their own production resource, agency relationships and on-site staff. You get the product without the services you already have in house.

Optional extras for any event unit hire.

Everything below is available to both Unit Hire and Activation Plus clients across the UK. These are the elements that transform a unit delivery into a complete activation environment. Tell us what you need and we will quote accordingly.

Bespoke branding.

Internal panel branding, full exterior wraps, floor graphics, window manifestations, illuminated signage. If you can see it on the unit, we can brand it. Produced, applied and removed as part of the hire cycle.

Branded flags and signage.

Feather flags, blade flags, branded totems and wayfinding signage. Produced to your brand guidelines and positioned to draw attention from across the event site.

Cafe barriers.

Branded cafe-style barriers to define the activation footprint, manage queuing, and create a visible branded perimeter. Printed with your identity on both sides.

Content creation.

Professional photography and videography captured during the activation. Social content, highlight reels, and brand photography delivered within agreed timescales after the event.

DJ and DJ booth.

Supplied, set up and managed. Sound system configured for the venue and the activation footprint. Suitable for consumer brand activations, festival sponsor zones and product launch events.

Decking.

Raised timber or composite decking around the unit entrance. Levels the approach on uneven ground, adds a premium arrival moment, and keeps footwear clean in wet conditions.

Garden furniture.

Outdoor seating, tables and lounge furniture selected to match the quality register of the unit. Positioned around the exterior to extend the footprint and create a welcoming arrival zone.

Generator hire.

For sites without mains power. Silent-running generators specified for the unit and any additional equipment. Delivered, fuelled and managed for the duration of the hire.

Pergolas and shade.

Extended covered areas outside the unit for outdoor hosting, queuing shelter and brand-wrapped entrance features. Configured to the footprint and finished to the same design standard as the unit.

Plants and greenery.

Silk plants and mini trees to soften the unit perimeter and frame the entrance. Adds warmth and ambience to the activation environment. Supplied and collected as part of the hire.

Uniform production.

Branded uniforms for your on-site team or our ambassadors. Designed and produced to your brand guidelines. Delivered before the event, collected after if required.

iPad hire 

Tablet devices for data capture, product configuration, digital brochure browsing and customer registration. Pre-loaded with your content and configured for on-site use.

ACTIVATION PLUS

Turnkey event activation. You approve the brief.

Activation Plus is not a list of extras bolted onto a unit hire. It is a fundamentally different engagement. We take management control of the entire activation. You brief us once. From that point, we handle venue liaison, permits, staffing, branding production, AV, on-site management and post-event wrap. Your involvement after the brief is as much or as little as you want.

The optional extras listed above are available to Activation Plus clients too. The difference is that under Activation Plus, we source them, manage them and deliver them as part of the project. You do not need to coordinate anything separately.

Delivered by the team behind hundreds of automotive and motorcycle activations. Every Activation Plus engagement benefits from that depth of operational experience.

Venue liaison, logistics and permits.

We deal directly with the venue or event organiser on your behalf. Site access applications, power supply confirmation, delivery slot booking, ground conditions assessment, health and safety documentation. If the activation requires local authority permits, temporary event notices or compliance documentation, we handle the applications. The venue speaks to us. You get a summary of what has been agreed.

Branding, AV and content production.

We manage the full production cycle for all branded and AV elements. Fascia, internal panels, flags, cafe barriers, uniforms, screen content. Produced to your brand guidelines, proofed with you before print, loaded and tested before delivery. If you need content created for the screens, we manage the creative process. If you supply your own, we handle the technical setup.

Data capture and lead generation.

If the activation includes a data capture objective, we configure the setup. iPad registration, QR code scanning, competition entry, newsletter sign-up. Data delivered to you in a clean format after the event, ready for your CRM or marketing team.

Staffing and brand ambassadors.

We source, brief and manage on-site staff for the activation. Brand ambassadors selected for audience fit and brand alignment. Uniformed, briefed on your product and managed by our on-site team throughout the event. You approve the team before the event.

On-site event management.

Our team is on site for the duration of the activation. Managing the ambassadors, maintaining the unit, responding to any operational issues, liaising with the venue on the day. You can be on site or not. The activation runs regardless.

Post-event reporting.

Delivered within five working days. Event photography. Footfall data where captured. Lead generation summary. Ambassador feedback. Operational summary. Recommendations for the next activation.

ACTIVATION PLUS

Brief us once. We handle the rest.

Your involvement after the brief is as much or as little as you want. Some clients attend the event and host their own guests. Some approve the brief and do not visit the site until the post-event report arrives. Both approaches work. The activation runs to the same standard either way.

  • Yes. If you book a unit hire and realise you need more support as the event approaches, we can add Activation Plus services at any point before delivery. The unit stays the same. We add the project management and services around it.

  • Yes. If you have your own AV partner but want us to source ambassadors, or you have your own project manager but want us to handle branding production, we configure the engagement to fit. Tell us what you have in place and what you need us to provide.

  • Unit Hire is priced on the unit day rate. Optional extras are quoted separately based on what you need. Activation Plus is priced per brief and covers the project management, staffing and services layered around the unit. Both tiers use the same fleet at the same hire rates.

  • If you want on-site ambassadors, hosts or product specialists, you provide them under Unit Hire. If you want us to source and manage them, that is an Activation Plus service. Many Unit Hire clients already have their own staffing suppliers or in-house teams.

  • Everything between the brief and the post-event report. Venue liaison. Site logistics. Permit applications. Branding production. Ambassador sourcing and management. AV and content setup. On-site event management. Data capture configuration. One point of contact for the entire activation.

  • Yes. We can arrange a viewing at our facility by appointment. We also send a branded render of your chosen unit within 24 hours of your first enquiry. Most clients book from the render without viewing in person. See the full fleet here.

Garden furniture, planting, pergolas, flags, cafe barriers, decking, DJ and DJ booth, iPad hire, content creation, uniform production, generator hire and bespoke branding are all available to Unit Hire and Activation Plus clients across the UK. Under Activation Plus, we source and manage them as part of the project. Under Unit Hire, we supply them and you manage them on site.
