WHITE LABEL EVENT HIRE · UK
Event Unit Hire for Agencies.
A white-label delivery partner for event agencies across the UK. We provide the unit. You provide the client relationship. Your client never needs to know we are involved.
THE RELATIONSHIP
White label event unit hire. How it works.
You brief us on behalf of your client. We produce a branded render within 24 hours using your client's brand assets. You approve the render. We produce the branding, deliver the unit, set it up, and collect it at the end of the hire period.
Throughout the process, we communicate with you. Not your client. The render goes to you. The quote goes to you. The delivery schedule goes to you. If your client visits the site during setup, our crew presents as your delivery team.
This is a peer-to-peer working relationship. You know your client. We know the product. The boundaries are clear and they stay that way.
YOUR CLIENT. YOUR RELATIONSHIP.
What stays yours.
01
The client relationship.
We never contact your client directly. No follow-up emails. No cross-sell. No "how was our service" surveys sent to someone who does not know we exist. Your client is your client.
02
The margin.
You set the price to your client. We invoice you at the agreed agency rate. The gap between is yours. We do not need to know what you charge your client and we do not ask.
03
The credit.
No Event Activators branding on the unit during your hire. No co-branded photography requests. No social media tags. Your brand fronts the work. If you want to credit us, that is your choice.
OUR SIDE OF THE PARTNERSHIP
What we deliver for agency partners.
The same fleet and the same build quality as our direct-client service. The same optional extras. The difference is who faces the client.
The unit from the fleet.
Your agency selects the unit that fits your client's brief. Same fleet, same kit, same standard of finish as every direct hire. Branded to your client's identity, delivered to your schedule.
Delivery, setup and collection.
HIAB delivery to site. Setup completed within one hour. Power connected. Operational check. Our crew leaves. At the end of the hire, we return, dismantle and collect. Nationwide across the UK.
Branding production.
We produce the fascia and any additional branded elements to your client's guidelines. You approve the artwork. We print, apply and remove. Clean unit returned after the hire.
Optional extras.
The full range of extras available to direct clients is available to agency partners too. Garden furniture, planting, pergolas, flags, cafe barriers, decking, DJ, iPad hire, content creation, uniforms, generators. Tell us what your client needs.
OPERATIONAL SPECIFICS
How agency partnerships work day to day.
Renders within 24 hours. You send the client's logo and colours. We send back a render of the unit with their identity applied. The render goes to you, not the client. Use it in your own pitch deck, proposal or presentation. No Event Activators watermark.
Quotes within 48 hours. You tell us the unit, the dates and any extras. We quote at your agency rate. You build your margin and present to the client in your own format.
Branding approval runs through you. We send proofs to your team. You approve or request changes. We do not contact the client for sign-off unless you explicitly ask us to.
On-site communication during delivery is with your project manager or nominated contact. If your client is present, our crew works under your direction. Branded workwear removed if requested.
AGENCY TERMS
Commercial terms for event agencies.
Registered agency partners receive advantageous rates across the fleet. The terms are designed to protect your margin and make it commercially viable for you to include our units in your client proposals.
Registration is straightforward. We review your agency, confirm the partnership, and set up your account. From that point you have access to agency pricing, priority booking windows during peak season, and a dedicated point of contact for all enquiries.
We work with agencies of all sizes. Established production agencies with multi-event calendars. Boutique creative agencies placing their first unit. PR agencies adding experiential to a campaign. If your agency delivers events for clients who could benefit from a premium event unit, the partnership works.
AGENCY QUESTIONS
White label event hire. Common questions.
No. All communication runs through your agency. Renders, quotes, branding proofs, delivery schedules, invoices. Everything goes to your team. We do not contact your client unless you explicitly ask us to.
Yes. Renders sent to agency partners carry no Event Activators branding. Use them in your own pitch decks, proposals and presentations as if they were produced in house.
We invoice your agency at the agreed agency rate. You invoice your client at whatever rate you set. We do not need to see your client invoice or know your margin.
Yes. If your client needs turnkey delivery including staffing, project management and on-site event management, we can deliver Activation Plus services under your agency brand. The project management runs through your account. The client sees your agency delivering the activation.
If a client you introduced contacts us directly, we refer them back to you. The agency relationship is protected. We do not convert agency-introduced clients into direct clients.
Renders within 24 hours. Quotes within 48 hours. If you have a pitch deadline, tell us and we will prioritise. We understand agency timelines because we have worked in the same industry.
No minimum commitment. Some agency partners book regularly across a season. Others place one booking a year. The terms and the relationship are the same regardless of volume.
Yes. Registered agency partners can place a 72-hour reservation hold on any unit and date. This gives you time to present to your client and confirm the booking without risk of losing availability. No deposit is required for the hold.
