The Studio.
The unit that started everything. Our first commercial activation was Maserati at Bicester Scramble. The Studio became the standard the rest of the fleet is built to.
White exterior. Considered proportions. The most intimate of the fleet. Suited to brands that want a refined, focused presence rather than a maximalist statement.

EVENT LOUNGE 02
The Loft.
The compact unit with attitude. Black architectural exterior. Wider sliding glass doors than The Studio. The unit opens up to its surroundings and invites an audience in rather than housing them inside.
Urban architectural register. Reads as a black-and-glass loft space rather than a temporary structure. Works particularly well in city centre and OOH activations where the unit needs to compete visually with permanent architecture.

The Stealth.
Architectural confidence at scale. Black exterior, considered proportions, black wooden acoustic panel interior. The flagship of the dark units.
Built for activations that demand presence without shouting for it. Acoustic panelling controls sound for press conferences, journalist interviews, customer briefings and recorded content. Sits comfortably alongside permanent manufacturer activations and brand pavilions twice its size.

SHOWROOM 02
The Showroom.
The flagship configuration. Two 7.2m units fused side-by-side to create one large architectural space. Built for showcasing vehicles, products and brand environments at the scale permanent manufacturer activations work at.
Same one-hour deployment philosophy applied to a footprint twice the size of a single unit. The Showroom is for press launches, EV reveals, vehicle hospitality at scale, and any brief where a single unit would feel small against the venue.

BESPOKE
Bespoke event units. Designed to brief.
If the standard fleet does not fit, ask. Our event units are modular by design. Stack two for double-height installations. Join two for a larger footprint. Reconfigure interiors entirely. We have built event lounges as green rooms, simulator suites, cafe bars, retail pop-ups and press conference spaces. We have not yet been asked for something we could not deliver.
6-8 weeks from sign-off.
If it can go on a lorry, we can usually build it. Tell us your event challenge. We will design accordingly.

Our fleet includes 6m and 7.2m units. The Studio and The Loft at 6m, The Stealth and The Atelier at 7.2m. The Showroom is a fused 7.2m × 5.2m configuration for larger activations. The Showcase is a 7.2m glass-walled vehicle display. Bespoke configurations available for non-standard requirements.
Yes. The Showroom accommodates larger vehicles and multi-vehicle displays. The Showcase accepts vehicles via a ramped end-door for full glass-walled display. Send your vehicle dimensions and we will confirm fit.
Our crew arrives with the unit on a HIAB-equipped truck. The unit is lifted directly into position. No additional crane required. Total setup time is one hour from arrival to live and operational. HIAB costs are included in the rental fee.
Container builds, trailer conversions and event lounges are all valuable products for different briefs. Container and trailer-based units are typically commissioned to brief. The client specifies layout, kit, finishes, and the supplier builds it for that activation. Event Activators lounges already exist in their finished form. The client chooses a unit, signs off the branding, and we deliver. Different processes, different products, both have their place.
Yes. We have a standard branding pack which includes the key facia sign and glass areas. We can also offer full external wrapping or painting to brand colours, bespoke interiors, and pretty much any imaginable combination of elements to ensure that you have a solution which fits your brand brief.
Cancellation charges depend on how close to the event you cancel. The 25% deposit is non-refundable from booking. Above 56 days from the event, total cancellation charges are 25% of the hire value. Between 28 and 56 days, 50%. Between 14 and 28 days, 75%. Within 14 days, 100%. Postponements with at least 30 days' notice may be accommodated subject to availability, with a £250 administration fee. Full terms in the Booking Agreement.
Yes. Full public liability insurance covers every activation. Risk assessments and method statements provided for every event on request. Insurance certificates available on request.
As early as possible. Units are not reserved until a deposit is paid, so the earlier you book the better your chance of securing the unit you want. Peak season (April to September) fills first, particularly weekends and event clusters. Last-minute requests accommodated subject to availability. Renders within 24 hours regardless of how close to the event you are enquiring. Bespoke configurations require 6 to 8 weeks from sign-off.
Yes. Multi-unit bookings for larger activations and brand campus events accommodated subject to fleet availability.
Almost anything we have built, we can change. Standard branded fascia goes on every unit. Beyond that, exterior cladding colour can change. Rear panels can be different colours from the rest of the unit. Whole units can be wrapped in custom graphics. Interior furnishings can be removed entirely and the space reconfigured. We have built it as a green room, simulator suite, cafe bar, retail pop-up, press conference room, F&B service space, and hospitality lounge.
